Der Schlosswirt zu Anif - Biedermeierhotel und Restaurant is located directly next to the Wasserschloss castle in the heart of Anif, only a 10-minute drive from the Mozart Town of Salzburg.
All rooms are individually furnished in Biedermeier style and guests find a spacious garden with some hideaway spaces.
The restaurant serves breakfast with fresh bread and honey, smoked salmon and trout as well as homemade jam. Traditional Austrian dishes including venison and fish are served for lunch and dinner.
Directly in front of the property starts a running track.
Relax in the newly designed sauna & relaxation area!
NEW - NATURAL POOL - An ecological natural pool awaits you at our annex "Kramerbauer" since May 2025. A 10x3 meter swimming and relaxation area.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.
Please note that check-in on Sundays and public holidays is only possible until 1:00 PM. If you wish to arrive later, please contact the accommodation in advance.
Company holidays: The Schlosswirt zu Anif will be closed from February 8 to 22, 2026.
Reception opening hours during this period:
Sunday and Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Summer festival: During the Salzburg Festival from July 18 to August 31, 2026, the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays (advance booking required).
Christmas: The restaurant is open on December 25 and 26, 2025 (advance booking required).
New Years Eve: A gala dinner is reserved for New Years Eve (by prior arrangement).
The restaurant is closed for lunch on New Years Eve.
New Years Day: The restaurant is closed on January 1, 2026.
